Delete Your Account

TzTech operates multiple apps under the MeddyTz brand. To delete your account, please use the app-specific instructions below, since each app stores its data separately.

General Process (Any MeddyTz App)

• Check the app for an in-app "Delete Account" option, usually under Profile or Settings.
• If unavailable, email info@tztech.co.tz with the app name, your registered email, and a request to delete your account.
• We confirm and process deletion requests within 30 days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Your profile, saved preferences, and activity history tied to that account are permanently removed, except for limited records we're legally required to retain (such as financial transaction records).
