PRIVACY POLICY

Egg Rush: Protect the Egg

Effective / last updated: 3 October 2026

Egg Rush: Protect the Egg is a mobile protection game developed and published by TzTech. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use the game.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the Egg Rush: Protect the Egg mobile game distributed by TzTech and explains what information may be processed, why it may be processed, the third-party services that may be involved, and the choices available to you.

2. Information You Provide Directly

The game does not require a TzTech account for normal gameplay and does not ask you to provide your name, home address, contacts, photos or other direct personal information during ordinary play. If you contact TzTech for support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details and screenshots.

3. Device, Advertising and Diagnostic Information

The game may use Google Play services, Google AdMob, crash-reporting tools, analytics tools or similar platform services. Depending on the service and your device settings, these providers may process information such as IP address, device model, operating-system version, app version, advertising identifier, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics and approximate location derived from IP address.

4. Advertising

The game may display rewarded, banner or interstitial advertising through Google AdMob or another advertising provider. Advertising providers may process device identifiers and related technical information to deliver, measure, limit frequency, prevent fraud and report on advertisements. Where required, consent choices will be presented through the applicable platform or consent mechanism.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Choosing not to watch a rewarded advertisement should not require you to submit personal information to TzTech.

5. In-App Purchases

The game may offer optional purchases through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment credentials and transaction authorization. TzTech may receive purchase status, product identifier, transaction token or similar confirmation needed to provide the purchased feature, but does not receive your full credit-card or bank-account details.

6. Game Progress and Local Data

The game is designed around local gameplay progress, coins, egg skins, shields and related unlockable content.

The game may offer rewarded ads for optional in-game rewards. Rewarded ads are user-initiated; normal gameplay does not require you to provide personal information.

If the optional Remove Ads purchase or other in-app purchases are enabled, transactions are processed by Google Play Billing. TzTech does not receive your full card or bank details.

Where practical, scores, settings, progress and unlocks may be stored locally on your device. Removing the app or clearing app data may remove locally stored progress unless a future cloud-save feature is clearly disclosed.

Analytics and Performance

We may use aggregated or pseudonymous gameplay, crash and performance information to understand stability, difficulty, feature usage and general player experience. We use this information to fix bugs, improve performance, balance gameplay and plan future updates.

Children’s Privacy

TzTech does not knowingly ask children to provide direct personal information through normal gameplay. If the game is made available to children, advertising and data practices will be configured in accordance with applicable platform requirements and child-directed-treatment rules where required. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to TzTech may contact us to request review or deletion.

How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, hosting, security or platform functionality. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect TzTech’s legal rights.

Data Retention

Information controlled directly by TzTech is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including support, security, legal and operational purposes. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods under their respective policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we control. However, no mobile application, internet transmission or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

The game may rely on services provided by Google, including Google Play and Google AdMob. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. TzTech does not control the independent data practices of third-party platforms.
