Delete Your ServiceHub Account

You can request deletion of your ServiceHub account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

📱 Option 1 — In the App

• Open ServiceHub and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm the request when prompted.

✉️ Option 2 — By Email

Send an email to servicehubtz@tztech.co.tz from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete My ServiceHub Account". Please include:

• The full name and phone number on your account
• The email address used to register
• Confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted

🗂️ What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, password)
• Your saved addresses and location preferences
• Your booking and service request history
• Your reviews and ratings
• Your support conversation history

📌 What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required by law or legitimate business need, such as:

• Transaction/payment records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes
• Records needed to resolve open disputes or claims

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.

⏱️ Processing Time

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
