ServiceHub Service Provider Agreement

ℹ️ Introduction

This Agreement outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expected conduct of all service providers using the ServiceHub platform. By creating an account and offering services through ServiceHub, you agree to all terms set out herein.

✅ Accuracy of Information

As a service provider, you confirm that:

• All information you have provided is true, accurate, and up to date
• Work portfolio images uploaded genuinely represent your own work
• Skills and experience listed are genuine
• You have not provided misleading information to deceive clients

💼 Verification Consent

You agree that ServiceHub may:

• Verify the identity documents you have submitted
• Contact your emergency contact to verify information
• Contact your reference person for verification purposes
• Conduct background checks for safety purposes
• Request additional verification at any time

⭐ Professional Conduct

You agree at all times to:

• Act with integrity and professionalism in front of clients
• Respect clients' time and adhere to agreed schedules
• Deliver the services as agreed with the client
• Communicate openly if there is a problem or delay
• Use appropriate tools and equipment for any job
• Protect client property while on the job

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree never to commit any of the following:

• Theft of client property or money
• Fraud of any kind, including fake accounts
• Harassment of clients in any form
• Deliberately damaging client property
• Misrepresentation or impersonation of another person
• Submitting false documents or information during registration
• Redirecting clients off-platform to avoid platform fees
• Engaging in activities illegal under Tanzanian law

🔍 Complaints & Investigations

ServiceHub may investigate any complaints submitted against you. During an investigation:

• Your account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation
• You may be asked to provide explanations or evidence
• ServiceHub's decision will be final

🚫 Suspension & Removal

ServiceHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a service provider's account without prior notice if:

• This Agreement or the Code of Conduct is violated
• Multiple substantiated complaints are accumulated
• False information is discovered
• There are criminal acts or danger to others' safety

💼 Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of ServiceHub or TzTech
• ServiceHub is not responsible for work you perform for clients
• You are solely responsible for your taxes, insurance, and any required licenses
• ServiceHub operates as a marketplace only, not as an employer
